How do I cancel an order on

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by calling us.

Refund policies

If you find that your order has been not delivered in 12 working days then do write to us. We will give 100 % money back. However sharing correct address is your responsibility.

Cancel Policy

If you think that you have ordered a wrong chocolate then call us within 6 hrs. We will cancel the order and give 100 % money back. However if the item has been shipped then no cancellation.

Return policies

If you find that a wrong item has been shipped to you then we will compare it with the original order. If we are wrong then we will courier the right item without any extra cost.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at9820894665or email us your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
